Education Day at Poongulam Primary School! |
July 15, 2006, the birth day of Shri K Kamaraj ,
former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu who is
fondly remembered even today for his efficient
and people-friendly administration in the 60s,
was observed as education day in all schools
across Tamil Nadu.
The event was celebrated with fanfare at the
Poongulam Primary School.
Shri Gnanasekharan, the Superintendent of Block
Development Centre, Nannilam was the chief guest
who distributed uniform and stationery items
sponsored by a Chennai-based donor and ‘Vatsalyam’.
